- Call 1-800-421-3535
- A service representative will make sure you are in a safe location and can dispatch emergency police or fire services if needed
- Roadside Assistance services is dispatched to your location right awa, it's that easy!
(In most cases it's "sign and drive" service, so you won't have to worry about paying money out of pocket while you're on the side of the road.)

Nationwide Insurance has an iPhone app that takes care of all those pesky, yet important, details that are necessary to keep track of if you happen to get into an accident. Consider it the swiss army app of car crashes.
Some of its features include the ability to easily contact a tow truck service, taking and organizing photos of the crash, recording the location of the crash, and essentially getting the claims process started as soon as possible. The following promotional video lays it all out pretty nicely.
Nationwide Mobile, a free iPhone application for Nationwide auto insurance customers and other iPhone users. The app is designed to assist drivers with the steps to take after an accident. It also helps Nationwide customers start the claims process, finds Nationwide-certified local repair shops, and facilitates the exchange of accident and insurance information. With the release of Nationwide Mobile, Nationwide asserted that it was the first insurance company to offer a claims application for a mobile device.
